Nice arrangement of colors in the trees, and the blurriness of the reflection is cool. The greyness of the background kind of detracts from it for me, but perhaps that's because I'm a bright color freak. Maybe that's why it caught your eye, though ... the contrast between the variation in the foreground, versus the flatness of the background ... ?

I like the water, trees, sky composition. ...however I'm seeing more of a blue sky, as opposed to a gray sky/background.

to be honest i had to do a lot of post processing to save this one. The colors were drab, the sky was grayish and it was horribly exposed. I wasn't even going to try to do anything with it, but it's a rare occasion here that we get water calm enough to give a reflection like that, so i did the work on it and figured might as well post it if i did it. :)

yeah, like i mentioned to the poster above, i had to do a lot of processing on this one, the sky was very dark and gray, i did my best to liven it up a little.

i like it alot, love how you captured the great colors in the reflection, and love that you only see small parts of the houses.

a little more contrast would be good I think, but still it's a great shot, almost looks like a painting :)
