Stolen art, what do i do?

Never imagined i would have this happen to me lol, but i googled my username today and came across this. [link]
Now i suppose maybe it's not a really big deal, but that person doesn't have permission to display or use my art. I would like to contact them but most of the stuff is in Portuguese, can anyone help me out or make some suggestions?

about me
Well, what do i say. First off, my name is Darrell Sharpe, i'm 27 years old and I'm happily married. My wife and I have a little girl, she's almost 4. We live in historic St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. Newfoundland is the host of many historic events, including the first transatlantic communication as well as having the most easterly point in North America.
I'm a graphic designer for the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture. I consider myself a serious amateur photographer and my photography is mostly what you'll see here, however, i do post some of my commercial work and photomanipulations from time to time. Well, enough about me, enjoy your visit and thanks for stopping by.

I dunno man, i guess it really depends on what sort of work you wanna do really. I use mostly indesign here and some illustrator. Most of my photoshop use is cutting pics or adjusting photos. I do mostly publications and a few ads or other things here and there. I'd imagine if you were doing mostly ads and stuff you might get away with using photoshop but even then you'll probably have to dip into illustrator (or i shutter to think, coreldraw) a bit. I think it'll be quite hard to find a place that deals only in photoshop and frankly, a good work term is hard enough to find.

Yeah it doesn't make sense at all. They just want to save money, as if they didn't make enough already.

Do you happen to know of any small place that would take on someone for work term? lol. I have no idea on any places. Would prefer one that works mostly with photoshop... Editing photos or making posters or somethin like that?
